- medical students OR other related-courses (nursing, pharmacy etc)

How to register?

- Simply join the yahoogroups at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/convention_3d.
- Once you a member, click on DATABASE > BORANG PENYERTAAN 3D > ADD RECORDS.
- Fill in the information asked and you're registered!

or

- SMS "3D-NAME-I/C NUMBER-EMAIL ADDRESS" to 0133181710 (Nurul Iman) or 0174608104 (Khansa').
-You will have your verification email sent to your email address and you're registered!

And don't forget to bring RM20.00 for registration fee during the convention day!
